Exchange 2010 - How to import photos into Active Directory and display in Outlook

When I tryed to import-RecepientDataProporty in exchange menagment schell in 2007 I was became this mesage '' The term 'import-RecipientDataProperty' is not recognized as the name of a cmdl et, function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. At line:1 char:29'' Can someone tell me why? Thanks
4. Bojan Zivkovic: I have done everything like it was done here. Still in Outlook 2010 on client machine picture is not there.
5. Bojan Zivkovic: Hmm, now it is displayed, this is test environment with only one dc and one exchange server so replication can not be cause of this slow process. I used paint to resize .jpg to 96x96 pixels so picture file is ok. Newest post: After arround half an hour I started Outlook and picture has gone from File - Info but it is there when hovering mouse above user's address in the To: field when composing a new email.
